How much lead time do I need to place an order?
We require most custom orders to be placed at least 48 hours before the expected completion date.

If your order consists of multiple tiers or requires a lot of fondant work then we may need more time. Please visit us and speak with one of our skilled decorators one on one to discuss these types of orders in more detail!

Anything on our regular menu is available on a daily basis. This includes 8” round dessert cakes, and simple birthday cakes.

What size are your cakes?
Our standard size is an 8” round cake (feeds 10-12) or a ¼ sheet cake (feeds 24). However, we can make almost any size upon request. Please contact us or visit our store so we discuss your requirements in more detail!
What flavors do you offer?
We offer Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Red Velvet, Carrot, Hummingbird, Italian Cream, and Butter Pound Cake. Fillings include Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Pineapple, and Caramel. If you are looking for something else specific, let us know! If we can, we will make it for you!
If I bring in a picture of a cake I like, can you duplicate it?
We can! However, cake decorating varies slightly from one decorator to another, just like handwriting is unique from person to person! We do our best to communicate with each of our clients to make sure that we are delivering exactly what you had in mind or better. Please call or visit us if you have specific questions or details of the cake you would like us to make.
Do you work with fondant?
Absolutely! Our cake decorators have years of experience working with fondant! If you want to take your cake design to the next level, look no further. Please contact us if you have specific questions about what you would like us to make for you.
Can you do a fondant cake design out of buttercream?
Buttercream is very tasty but it does have its limits when it comes to decorating. We can certainly do our best to replicate a fondant based design. Our decorators are experts at crafting with buttercream but because of its limitations it does not always translate exactly like the fondant design. We highly recommend that you come speak with us and bring pictures of the cake or design you want. We’d be happy to work with you and make a buttercream masterpiece you’ll love!
Why are fondant cakes more expensive than regular cakes?
Working with fondant is a time consuming, intricate process that our skilled decorators have spent years to develop. The decorating process is much more involved because each piece is molded, cut and sculpted by hand one at a time before being added to the cake. However, the results that can be achieved from a fondant design are spectacular and well worth it to wow your guests at your next party!
Can you print an image on a cake?

Unfortunately, we do not have that capability at this time but we’d be glad to add an edible image to your cake if you bring one in. You can order an edible image online from a third-party like Edible Cake Topper. We recommend that you order the image well in advance so that we can have it 48 hours before your cake pick up time.

Do I have to pay for my order in advance?
We do require advance payment for any custom decorated orders that exceed $50.
