Pies and Pastries

We offer many different kinds of pastries here at Bill Rhodes Bakery. Most popular are our Petit fours that are 2 inch squares available in White or Chocolate. Our homemade brownies are available in Plain, Cream Cheese, Mississippi Mud, Peanut Butter and Turtle flavors. Our pies and turnovers are made with a homemade crust that is light and flaky. Pies? Cherry, Apple, Pecan, Brownie and Key Lime. Turnovers too – in Apple, Peach and Cherry. Finally, we offer a large variety of cookies... our most popular are Tea Cookies – a light shortbread cookie with pecans and topped with icing. Very yummy!

Birthday and Special Occasion Cakes

A wide variety of custom made birthday and other decorated cakes are available. We can use figures on your cake or draw something of your choice. We can match your cake to your invitation for a unique, customized look that will turn heads! We can also create a custom "cut-out cake" (a cake in the shape of something) matching the theme of your party.

Wedding and Grooms Cakes

Our wedding and groom cakes will be the center of attention with our years of professional design and baking expertise. Our designers will create a wedding cake especially for you. Bring us a color sample and we will match that to your wedding cake for a splash color and individuality! We make designing a great wedding cake easy and fun.
